After year of loyal service to Melbourne’s infamous Shanghai Dumplings we finally discover the art of Pre-Soy. Rather than burn a hole through the roof of your mouth, Pre-Soy those little puppies and Hung Chew wei (Bob’s) your uncle. You also might need a Post-Soy bowl to drain the excess water…(they drown the fuckers – fried or boiled – oil or water).

Key factor: Make sure they sit you at the front of the bus.

Tax: $5-$7 and you can BYO anything. Yes, anything.
