MXtube
can download youtube vids to your phone to watch offline.

Iflickr
Put your photos straight onto flickr- there is other programs that do this but this one is the best.

Snapture
Replace your camera with this-it has a few things like zoom and it’s easier to take pics b/c you can hit anyware on the screen to shoot.

Flashlight
you would be amazing how many times that has come in handy- you can even use it as a mini light box.

Icopter 
Dumb simple game – highly addictive.

Pocket touch  
change songs in your pocket

Touchpad pro
lets you use your iphone as a mobile touch mouse pad for your mac. really useful.

And of course the NES and GENESIS emulators.
