This is some very momentous news, not only is Reka bringing his Tall Oaks show to Melbourne where it rightly belongs, but also our boy Chewy is will be opening the awesome No Vacancy.

No Vacancy’s will be casting a neon shadow over Melbourne as a mammoth space with already impresive lineup of shows, starting with a group of which i’ll be posting some information on later this week.

So it’s been a while since the last post and a lot has been happening, here is a shot of the finished “Pump me up with a bike pump and be out of breath yoks” from the don’t come gallery Show.  Some people came downI got to paint with DABS and DVATE, thanks for the invite guys..i miss these two gentlemen.I had to pack up my studio, due to rent inspection, so i started to work on paper and stumpled across these amazing shelac based inks, it the bottom of my paint box. Here’s some pictures of the two commisioned walls that i’ve been working on these past few weeks, one is a private longeroom wall & the other is the new dondon which is located near melbourne uni, both murals has kind of a similar theme, Enjoy.

Some of the boys from the studio have painted some canvas for Berry Street Children charity.

‘This piece is one of two collaborative works on canvas by street artists SYNC and PHIBS, and captures the artists’ impressions of the Melbourne CBD. The pieces were donated to Berry Street, Victoria’s largest independent child welfare organisation, by Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau, who commissioned the work. 100% of the successful bid price will be directed to programs for the children and young people in Berry Street’s care.’
