It´s Carnival time in Brazil !
Which means: 4 days to party hard, watch parades and dance ‘samba’ !
…or for these 2 great guys and amazing artists called Nick & Musta is to enjoy a sunny day, drink as many beers as we can and paint until the sun comes down !
So they invited me into their hood … to see a project they did with their friends, last year, that consisted in dividing a huge wall in 8 panels painted only in black, white and red.
And here are some shots of the badass wall they did !
-Retos & Musta –

– Shock & Nick –

-Roko & Musta –

– Musta & Ephi –

– Nem & Nick –

Big up to all the TK and Vip Crew’s members!
And everyone else who joined them to make this amazing project becomes such a dope wall !
Coming up next…Musta & Nick in action !

Mason Rose, a fellow renaissance man.
Gentleman, international play boy, man of mystery, documentary produce, director, artist. The list doesn’t end.
You throw Mason Rose some T’s and he doesn’t just drop you a photo of him wearing it at a party, no, no, no, thats not his style at all. Mason Rose lines up a mad shot and comes correct, every time.

A shot of him earning his keep in Hawaii.
Look forward to the next installation of Seven Shadows Mase.
Keep up the good work.

We here at Nice like to spend our weekends dressed fresh, riding high and drinking the best we can get our grubby little hands on, and we don’t do things in halves. Check the 1965 Chevy Impala, straight 300 block.

24 bottles of Victoria’s finest plonk.
We love it.

Artists from the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in NYC came to Brazil for an exhibition that’s happening at Choque Cultural Gallery in Sao Paulo.
It was a ‘big deal’ because is not everyday that we have here such names as :
-Shepard Fairey-

The one that I was eagering to see the most, after hearing so much about his work and his OBEY! Giant campaign, which makes so much sense to me…”The medium is the message.” !
-Tim Biskup-

Nice work with the fluorescents colors. It even made my eyes get a little crazed.
-BaseMan-

His characters reminds me of my childhood.
-Jeff Soto-

Who were my personal favorite of the expo. And had other great canvas like the one with ‘egg-shaped-spacey-monsters’ and the panaromic one.
-MARS1-

The closest you got the furthest you went.
-AJ Fosik-

His wood pieces were amazing.
And among them some brazilians made me proud with their great art, like JACA.
And his funny ‘world’.
More photos of the expo and what went down there, here!

Getting a batch of T’s back from the printer and finding that they’ve all turned out as super fucking fresh as these.
