Yesterday I went to a cultural center for the young community , which had an exhibition of URBAN TIPOGRAPHY , with walls painted by some of our best graffiti writers :
Done by NEM – A master in “dope letters” style !

Done by ICONE – A piece lover ! Who organized the whole thing.
This project had the purpose of introducing Urban Tipography such as 3d , wild style , semi wild style(piece) , bomb , grapixo e pixação ( these last 2 are originally from Brazil/SP).

Done by DOES – his legendary wild style !

Done by GAFI – Nice 3D style !

Done by BRAVOS – Grapixo :born in Brazil , it says : ” Sao Paulo is like that…” !
Yes, it is ! …and we´re proud of it!

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Hong Kong x London mixtress of breakbeat Janette Slack play down in Melbourne with us over the weekend. She took the scissors to a NiceProduce Woman’s Classic and did a damn fine job at customising the fit!
We will miss you Janette! Save travels, and see you soon!

So I have the awesome job of moving house. Again. In the midst of cleaning out my studio, I found unopened boxes of Trexi Series 1 and Series 2. They’re back on NiceProduce so get on them, they are 3 years old and rare as. Gotta love the little gems.

Over the last 2 years Japan born, Melbourne artist Two has been painting empty spray cans every day to create a collection of 1,000 hand painted can’s.
I just came back from Two’s studio where we cracked some celebratory beer because today he painted the 1,000th can.
From his early crude stuff to the 1,000th can, he’s become an absolute master from this rigourous training.
Took some shots, but left the camera at his studio so i’ll post them tomorrow.
Until then heres some stuff from around the 500 can mark.

And some from around 700

We’re shooting the entire collection on Tuesday so stay tuned.
You will be hearing allot more about this show in the next month, including news of a NICE T-shirt pack by Two.

Nawlz, the brand new online comic by Sutu is an incredible mix of animation and illustration set in stunning sci-fi universe.
How do I possibly describe this amazing piece of art and give any kind of justice? It’s one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen, so I’ll just give you the basics and let you check it out yourself.
Sutu (Stu Campbell) is an Australian artist and designer hailing from Tassy, whose unique illustration style is best described as super phat, leaving M’s super flat for dead, bursting with movement, fresh over exaggerated characters and stunning building landscapes that would drop the jaw of even Katsuhiro Otomo.
Sutu is THE master of “Next Level Shit”, in fact I can’t think, say or hear those word without immediately picturing him rambling on about some distant universe he’s created or slaving over his computer or some awesome illustration. On top of that he’s Nice family from way back, being lad who designed the site GUI.
He disappeared from the radar about 2 years ago, moving to Brisbane to divide his time between Nawlz and designing HUDs for military simulations (no kidding). And now like a Kung-Fu master, having finished his training he’s returned and we’re more than proud to present the fruits of his labor.
www.NAWLZ.com. Check it out. This is the definition of Next Level Shit

You can go wrong down at The Steakhouse in the heart of the Docklands. I don’t have much to say about it but if you get a seat out and order the Wagyu Steak you will be in heaven for at least 40 minutes. It’s an expensive experience so make sure someone else pays.
They say:
Wagyu: $95.00 – 300g
Premium quality beef from South East Queensland with a marble score of at least 5+
Grain fed for 400 days or more with a minimum aging period of 28 days
To assure quality it is not recommended to cook past medium
We say: Te cow had a happy life and you can taste it.
The place has no atmosphere and decore is poor but if you can blag a free meal from someone, you got to try their steak.
Location:- G17-18, 427 Docklands Drive, Waterfront City, Docklands Vic 3008
Time: we ate steak at 1030pm on a Tuesday.
